Oscillator Modelling Application with IGLib Binaries - License Agreement

This is a license agreement for the application for modelling linear & nonlinear oscillators with IGLib binaries ("the software") and its documentation, which are owned and copyrighted by Marko Petek and Igor Grešovnik. The software subject to this license agreement includes the files that are contained in the downloadable archive (i.e. the root directory where this license file is located, and all its subdirectories). Some libraries contained in the directory are third party products and are licensed under different agreements, which are compatible with this agreement. The software and its documentation are developed and copyrighted by Marko Petek and Igor Grešovnik ("the authors"). The following terms apply to all files associated with the software unless explicitly disclaimed in individual files.

The authors hereby grant the non-exclusive right to use the software free of charge to anyone, provided that the following conditions are met:

• The user will use the software on his/her own responsibility.
  
• The user will use the parts of the software that are provided in binary form only in binary form, and will not attempt to reverse-engineer the software.
• The user will not redistribute the software to the third parties, neither for payment nor free of charge. The user can however send links to the original location of the software to anyone at will.
  

The present license agreement is the agreement between the author and the licensees that defines the terms and conditions for use of the software. By using the software, licensees accept the terms of this license agreement. Any user is solely responsible for execution of the terms of this license agreement.
